Alterations and additions to increase the plant capacity to 14.25 million gallons per day. The work of the Project included the following: new influent pumping station; new grit removal faculties; new primary settling tank; modifications to existing primary settling tanks; new primary sludge grinder system; new primary sludge pump system; new aeration tanks; modifications to existing aeration tanks; new aeration tank blower system; new final clarifiers; new return activated sludge pump system; new waste activated sludge pump system; new blower/return activated sludge/waste activated sludge building; modifications to existing blower return/activated sludge/waste activated sludge building; new chlorination facilities; modifications to existing chlorine contact tank; new odor control building and scrubber; new maintenance building; new electrical power, instrumentation and control systems; site work; and associated work.
